Purpose


The ABC National Inclusion, Diversity and Merit Excellence Awards recognize members that display exemplary inclusion, diversity and merit leadership in their company, workforce, supply chain and community with best-in-class recruitment policies, retention practices and training and mentoring programs.

Inclusion: A feeling of belonging. To value differences to achieve superior results. All are welcome, valued and included.

Diversity: An appreciation of a variety of abilities, skills and experiences. To actively seek stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds to achieve superior results. Giving all individuals and organizations the opportunity to compete in a fair and open market-place.

Merit: A dedication to providing opportunities for all. Creating the conditions for everyone to compete on a fair and level playing field. Every individual and organization has the opportunity to succeed based on merit.

Entry Requirements


Application Entry/Deadline
The final application form and supporting documentation must be completed online by 11:59 p.m. ET on Nov. 30, 2023.

Entry Fee
The entry fee of $395 may be submitted by credit card only. The fee is nonrefundable.

Eligibility
Applicants must be ABC members in good standing.

Important Dates


- Nov. 30, 2023: Application form and supporting documentation deadline
- Mid-December 2023: Applicants will be notified of results
- March 14, 2024: Award winners will be recognized at the ABC National Excellence in Construction Awards Gala on  in Kissimmee, Florida.
